• Deposits & Payment: Appointments will not be confirmed or held on my schedule until the deposit is paid in full and a card is placed on file. All deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your total service amount. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • Card on File & Fees: All clients must have a card on file. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. If the card declines, you will be banned from booking until the fee is paid in full. • Late Arrivals: A 5-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will be charged a late cancellation fee and must reschedule. • No Call, No Show: No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service to the card on file.
